Much like we all have different fitness levels, which we improve by doing exercise or watching what we eat, we all have a mental health that needs looking after too. The impact of the pandemic, anxiety about the state of the world, money worries and other stressful situations may cause our mental health to fray.
You are not alone and there is hope.
As a church we are here for you. Please do get in touch with us if you could use a safe place to communicate and process what you’re going through.

Kintsugi Hope is a charity based in the UK striving to make a difference to peoples mental wellbeing. 'Kintsugi' is a Japanese technique for repairing pottery with seams of gold. This repairs the brokenness in a way that makes the object more beautiful, and even more unique than it was prior to being broken. Instead of hiding the scars it makes a feature of them.
We want to see a world where mental and emotional health is understood and accepted, with safe and supportive communities for everyone to grow and flourish. We run Kintsugi Hope courses here in Garstang.
Contact us if you're interested in joining our next course.

Struggling with rising costs, debt or unemployment?
Poverty destroys lives. It breaks families apart, isolates people from friends and family, shatters confidence and drives many to despair. No one should wake up wondering where they’ll find the money to feed their children or heat their home. No one should have to be alone, especially when times are tough.
CAP is on a mission to release thousands of families from grinding poverty through award winning debt counselling and community groups.
